The introduction meeting takes place conveniently via video interview. (If you do not yet have B1-level German, the focus will be on acquiring language skills up to the B1 level.)

At this stage, we prepare your application and check your recognition eligibility.
4. <strong>Interview Offers</strong>
You will receive interview offers from employers.
5. <strong>Employer Interview</strong>
You will conduct the interview with the employer.
6. <strong>Employment Contract</strong>
We will send you the employment contract.
7. <strong>Recognition Process</strong>
Together, we will gather all the necessary and relevant documents.
8. <strong>Pre-Approval</strong>
Submission of the pre-approval application to the Federal Employment Agency.
9. <strong>Visa</strong>
You will receive your visa to travel to Germany.
10. <strong>Arrival</strong>
We will organize your arrival in Germany.
11. <strong>Work Start</strong>
It’s your start! Now you show what you can do and begin your adjustment measures to obtain a professional practice permit in Germany.

Our service is completely free of charge for you. In addition, we will reimburse certain costs incurred.
The requirements vary depending on the position:
- For nursing staff, your foreign degree in nursing must include at least three years of training.
- Different requirements apply to OTA/ATA and educational professionals depending on their country of origin.
We will support you in your search for a suitable employer and in the recognition procedure for your qualification in Germany. We are also happy to assist you with any other concerns you may have.
The language requirements depend on the respective position and the requirements. In principle, you should have a B1 level when you apply.

Complaints Procedure
If you have any ideas or suggestions for improvement, we would be delighted to receive your feedback. Our aim is to be a partner you can rely on without reservation.
- Complaints are made exclusively in writing.
- The main e-mail address for complaints is: auslandsrekrutierung@alpha-med.org.
- Alpha Med will review the complaint and respond within 10 days of receipt of the complaint.
